Customer Care
· Remember that above all, you are building a relationship with your students.
· Provide a contact email so people know how to reach you, and RESPOND when they do.
· If you are offering Live Support, SHOW UP when you say you will, and be as Present as possible.
· Accessibility: Some instructors are barely present at all and rely on a team to deliver their work, and others are present day and night. Be clear about your boundaries, your limitations, and honor your self care so you deliver on your promise.
· It’s vital to create a safe, supportive environment that encourages authentic sharing and expression. When commenting in a private support group, do your best to provide equal support to everyone. As a general rule, I have one assistant to hold space with me for every 30 people that sign up.
· It’s not uncommon for glitches to occur with technology. When this happens, be accountable and make it right as soon as possible.
Self Care
· Delivering a course takes a lot of love, energy and work. Be gentle with yourself, and take time for breaks and nourishment throughout the creation, and delivery process.
· Remember that you are not in this alone…your Soul Guidance is in charge. Don’t forget to stay connected to Source each step of the way.
· If a challenge arises that you’re not sure how to handle, reach out to a trusted mentor for support.
· After your course is delivered and completed, take an honest inventory about what went well and what could improve.
· Give thanks for being a vehicle for this sacred work.
· Celebrate the blessings that occurred, and take the necessary time to rest and rejuvenate.
CONGRATULATIONS!!
