Your ‘Beingness’, or ENERGY speaks volumes and is transmitted in the way you speak and what you choose to share. Don’t change who you are, simply be aware that you are transmitting a particular frequency all the time.
In your social media groups, are people engaging with you? Are you responsive? If yes, great! If not, consider inviting people into your world more.
Start sharing what you’re up to before your course launches.
· Create a Social Media presence: Facebook (personal and/or business page), Instagram, and TikTok are possibilities. Share consistently
· Engage with your audience. RELATIONSHIP is everything!
· Consider a Free offering to draw people to your website and mailing list
· Consider a short video demo, art print or personal session
People are buying YOU first, and your course is secondary.
You aren’t here to please EVERYONE, and the most important thing is your authenticity. When you’re true to yourself and are genuinely passionate about what you offer, this JOY is what connects you with your ideal students.
If you compromise yourself, your transmission will send mixed messages and be less potent. Save yourself the headache and be yourself. You are working on behalf of Spirit, and You’re MORE than enough.
Remember, the critics aren’t the ones who count.
Create a compelling Promo Video
After your course is designed, give people a taste of what you’re offering and invite them to join you. Convey your passion, a very brief overview and allow them to feel the real you.
· Keep it short. Most people will spend 2-3 minutes with you if your video captures their attention. Include lots of visuals, color and mood.
· Generally, I like to start advertising and open registration about 4 weeks before a course opens (if it’s a 4 week course).
· An Early Bird special offered the first 1-2 weeks of advertising helps encourage sign-ups.
Create an Inviting Sales Page
Now that you have a Course you’re really proud of, you need a dynamite sales page. Communicate with strength, clarity and authenticity. To do this, create a “Page” in your website dashboard. If you are using a Learning Platform with a Membership feature, you’ll create your sales page within the LMS.
Sales is an invitation to experience an offering you believe will inspire others in some way. You don’t need any slick gimmicks, or dwell on their ‘pain points’. It is enough to be your authentic self, radiate positivity and communicate your passion about your medicine. Trust that Spirit is always working to bring like-hearted souls together, and it’s your authentic Energy which magnetizes your students to work with you.
Create a Sales Page on your website. Include your Course Banner, a short 2 minute video promo, short text segments, photos, a description of what your students will receive, Paypal button, and a very brief bio with your photo.

Here are some specifics to include on your Sales Page:
Will your course be Self Pace, Live Support, or both?
· If you are offering Live Support via a private group, how long will you keep it open and provide support? Will you be present every day or have ‘office hours’?
· Will you open the course with access to full content on Day 1, or progressively release portions over time?
· Will you offer any Live Video Calls in addition to online support? Impromptu or scheduled?
· How much will you charge for your course? Is there an Early Bird rate? Payment plan?
**On pricing: Consider the length of your course, your expertise in this subject, how it’s comparable with similar online courses, self pace vs. live support, and an Early Bird rate to inspire action.
· Name the major themes you will guide participants through
· What will they learn & come away with?
· Include a couple testimonials if you can
· Include visuals, and just enough text to give them a good idea of what they will receive. Make it easy for people to say “YES”
‘Thank you’ & Registration Confirmation
After your students Sign Up, send an acknowledgment of registration and enter their name into your course list in your email system. You can do this manually, but the easiest way is through automation:
· Create a form in your email system to gather your customers’ emails. You’ll need a new form for every course you create – this will automatically enter their information into the appropriate course once they fill it out.
· Create a page on your website that confirms registration and includes the embedded form.
· When you create your Paypal Button, set it up so that your customers are redirected back to your website. Click on Step 3: Customized Advanced features at the bottom of the button page.
· Paste your page link into the box that reads: “Take customers to this URL when they finish checkout”, click ‘Create Button’ at the bottom of the page, and Voila!
Check to be sure it works properly.
